There are hundreds of details we manage for our buyers and sellers. Thankfully, I have an amazing Business Closing Manager who handles all of the details of inspections, repairs, etc. I jokingly tell me clients she has severe OCD, and I won't allow her to be medicated! We have a great list of contractors outside of our office team that we work with on a regular basis that help ensure a smooth closing.
